Is billing monthly or annually?
All plans are billed annually. Prices are shown as monthly equivalents. Payment is by invoice.
What happens after my free trial?
Your account, charts, and settings are preserved for 6 months after your trial ends. Subscribe at any time and continue without interruption – your data carries over.
What’s the difference between the mini and premium model?
Mini (GPT 4.1 Mini) is fast and great for conversational questions. Premium (Claude Sonnet, Claude Opus, …) delivers deeper, more nuanced analysis – recommended for report generation.
How does credit-based capacity work?
Each plan includes a monthly credit budget (€15 for Practitioner, €45 for Professional). Credits are consumed for every question. Some answers consume more credits depending on the model and complexity of the question.
Can I change chosen specialization after setup?
No. Your specialization (western astrology, vedic astrology, or human design) is fixed at setup. If you need a second specialization, a new account is required.
Can I change plan during subscription period?
Yes. You pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing year.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid period. No refunds for unused time.
What is the knowledge base?
Upload your own PDF, DOCX, and TXT files and the AI uses them as private context when answering questions on your platform so that answers sound more like you. Your knowledge base is never shared with other practitioners.
